Refund policy

Digital reports are delivered immediately. Refunds are available for duplicate charges, failure to receive the purchased report, or material technical errors. Other requests are reviewed case by case. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

• Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded in full.
• We refund a report that cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts to restore web, email, or resend access.
• Material technical errors or a verified omission of promised report content are refunded if we cannot correct them.
• Refunds return to the original payment method, and a completed refund closes the related private report access.

We do not promise a refund solely because a result feels unhelpful or does not match someone’s expectations. Those requests are reviewed case by case. Consumer rights and payment-provider decisions that apply where you live take priority over this policy.
